Cheap, horrible connection. Bought it for the easy on, but has turned completely unreliable. Battery dies way too quickly.

On 9/29/09 rec'd email from Amazon stating that a refund had been processed back to my credit card. Waited for RMA No. Received notice that it was to be delivered 9/11 - 9/16/09. I never wanted the all black.

The blue tooth was all black - NOT WHAT I ORDERED. I ordered this product on 9/6/09. I responded that I wanted the replacement of the item I originally orderd as promised, not a refund. I am very unhappy for this inconvenience. issued on 9/14/09 and returned it to CCMaccesories that day by mail requesting it to be replaced with the one shown on the website.

To which they replied that they had no more ALL BLACK bluetooth units in stock. and then NEVER GOT WHAT I ORDERED NOR HAVE I SEEN A REFUND. Received item on 9/12/09. I feel like I'm in a circle jerk. After repeated requests for status of return shipment I rec'd notice on 9/21/09 that the replacement item will be shipped back to me on the 22nd of Sept.

Never received. I'll take the refund for now and will find the item elsewhere in the meantime I will never order from CCMaccessories again and will tell my friends not to either. EMAILS FROM ME TO CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE BEING IGNORED NOW.

Good unit. Have been using this model for years. Does everything I want it to do and I've had no problems.

THE H700 WAS EASY TO PAIR TO THE PHONE AND THE HEADSET HAS A CLEAR SOUND TO IT WEATHER INDOORS OR OUTDOORS I USE THE HEADSET ON MY BLACKBERRY BOLD PHONE AND I AM HAPPY WITH THE SOUND AND WHEN YOU ANSWER THE CALL IT CONNECTS RIGHT AWAY SAME AS YOU END THE CALL ITS LIGHT WIGHT WHEN YOU WERE IT AND ITS CONFORTABLE TO WEAR

It's a resolvable issue but not desirable. there's annoying static when I have the phone (a Motorola Razor) not more then an arm's distance away from my body on my left side while wearing the device on my right ear. I have had my H700 for about a month now and love it except. Other than that issue, it's got great charge duration, great volume, great fit and great styling for it's size and shape. That close a range should not produce static in my opinion. I can fix this by moving the phone to my right side so that there is a clear line of sight between the phone and the H700. It also connects to my phone wonderfully each time I open the boom mic for use. Fix the range and the device would be perfect.
